Level 1: Wed 8th July at 6:15 – 7:00 pm and the following 5 Wednesdays.
Level 2: Thursday 9th July at 6.15 – 7:00 pm and the following 5 Thursdays.
Level 3: Wed 8th July at 7:00 – 7.45 pm and the following 5 Wednesdays.
Level 4: Thursday 9th July at 7:00 – 7.45 pm and the following 5 Wednesdays.
Duration: 1 class/ week for 6 weeks (weather dependant)
Cost: €60
Four competency levels:
Level 1: Must be able to swim at least 50 metres in the pool non stop.
Level 2: Must be able to swim at least 200 metres in the pool non stop.
Level 3: Must be able to swim at least 500m in the pool non stop and be able to tread water for 10 continuous minutes.
Level 4: Must be able to swim at least 1 km in the pool non stop, and be able to tread water for 15 continuous minutes.
